NETWORK MARKETING WISDOM FOR 2020

Here is today's Network marketing Wisdom. Just a few nuggets and tips to get you through your days  of 2020.

# 1: If you aren’t “sold out” yourself, you won’t have the conviction in your voice when you talk with others. You must believe in yourself, your company, the products and the industry, if you want to succeed. You can’t fake BELIEF.

# 2: When you are feeling upset or negative, talk with your sponsor or upline. Never share your anger, disappointment or frustrations with anyone in your downline team. The last thing you want to do is rain on their parade and give them negative energy. You want to always be the most positive, uplifting person your team members have in their life.

# 3: You can’t really quit something you haven’t even started yourself. Most of the people in this great industry dabble with it. I encourage you to draw a line in the sand and give yourself at least one year to learn the ropes and develop your skills and decide if the business is or isn't for you.

# 4: Identify the serious people on your team and invest your time, money and energy to help them become successful. It makes more sense to spend 90% of your time with one serious person than trying to motivate people who won't do anything, regardless of how much you help them.

# 5: Getting people in is only half the battle. Keeping them in and moving them along with their business is where the rubber meets the road. That's what you need to master if you want to build a big team.

# 6: Celebrate everyone’s successes. There is no need to be jealous or envious of others. There is plenty of room at the top. Have an abundance mentality, not a lack mentality.

# 7: When you do everything for people on your team for them, they have no reason to step into a leadership role.

# 8: Always lead from the front, offer your help to new recruits and never stop your personal recruiting. Your team is always watching you.

# 9: Go for No! Every time you hear a no you are one step closer to a yes! Yes is the destination, but NO is how you get there.

# 10: Not everyone will stay. Some of the people you sponsor will quit, even after you've worked hard to help them build a team. Do not take it personal. Accept it and be prepared for it. Not everyone is meant to be with you on your journey to success.

# 11: Work in depth. Always work with the newest, most excited distributor at the deepest level in your organization.

# 12: Every person in your team is important. This includes customers, hobbyists, part-timers and full-timers. Make sure everyone feels appreciated and important IF you want them to stay.

# 13: Find as many ways as possible to recognize people. People will do more for recognition than they will for money.

# 14: Find out what your team members want to achieve with the business and help them achieve it. Don't expect people to have the same goals you do. Many people would be happy with an extra $100 to $1,000 per month. Not everyone is here to make many money.
