How Do I Start Conversations Online For Prospecting Leads?

I have been doing this for 5 years online both for the companies I have worked at and for my own online freelancing business.
There are lots of approaches and tweaks that I’ve been doing to be an effective communicator for my leads.
Since our end purpose is to sell… we shouldn’t have to treat it that way. Because it’s a surefire way to exhaust yourself in trying hard to sell.
What you should keep in mind is this… don’t try to sell.
To start a conversation to your prospect leads should be focus in connecting.
Do your research. Find a common ground/interests.
Then, build rapport. Find out what they really need and want. Find out their biggest challenges.
If you can do something for free for them, do it. (Maybe, a free diagnosis of your expertise).
Then make an offer later.
The last part is the follow up.
If you make the sale, good for you. If you don’t, just ask the reason why.
In that way, you’ll gather valuable information how you can improve your prospecting, communicating and selling skills.
